Our Ethos

In the restless soul of the explorer exists an unquenchable thirst for discovery. Those yearnings to brave the untamed wilds, climb the distant peaks or crack the code of life itself, also inspire us to search for tastes that fuel our imagination and echo our most aspirational dreams. 

And so, we are Unbound. 

We search for ways to craft and blend the most masterfully complex luxury bourbons and whiskeys which can inspire our journey and unleash the dreams yet to be conquered.  Perfecting our spirits for years, the first of our extremely small batch offerings will be arriving this November.

At least four distinctly crafted brands arise from this ethos. Three bourbons — Maelstrom, Les terribles, and Hold fast — each with its own flavor profile and story, plus one very remarkable Irish Whisky blend,
