The First barrel of Maelstrom.

Our first shipment of bespoke oak barrels arrived from Adirondack Barrel Cooperage over the weekend and no sooner did that happen than we filled the first one, They use traditional coopering methods to build spirit barrels out of very high-quality American oak. Their one-of-a-kind barrel charring and toasting process imparts desireable and complex flavors into whiskey, like smoke, coconut, vanilla, caramel, and more, which in turn imparts a number of rather special characteristics to Unbound Spirits brands.
